Hi,someone at work has a xr4x4 for sale at a very cheap price.Are any bits any use to me on this vechicle,does it have rear calipers that will easliy fit on my s7 etc.

The whole rear end or just the LSD, driveshafts, hubs and complete brakes.

I used a comlete rear end from a Cosworth 4x4 and it went under a treat.

Take the whole backend and even if you don't use it now it will be worth adding to the parts pile.

does this car have rear discs normally and if so will they fit onto whats on my car i guess normal sierra.Would it be a straight swop ish!!!

The XR4 will have rear discs, they will fit onto your standard drum rear end although you will need longer studs and make a bracket to hold the calipers.

Have a look on the NW site there is instructions on how to change to discs and how to change to LSD

Plenty of kit part suppliers sell the conversion bracket for disc brake calipers, don't have the link on this computer but google locostparts and have a look.

Personally I think I would just swap over the whole back end.....
