You are spot on with that Robin, if you went through SVA the figures will (should ) be on your V5.

And if you later change the engine YOU have to prove it's age.

Where on your V5?

 

There isn't a section on the form for MOT test emission levels, only the g/km figures are on the V5 which I presumed to be blank for self builds, or am I missing something?

The emissions figures are on the front of the V5 in the notes section (they are on mine anyway).

Just out of interest what have you guys with 2.0l pinto's (carbed) got on your V5's for emmissions?

SVA September 2006, engine 1985 on carbs, donor and new plate 'K' reg.

Emmisions not mentioned anywhere on the V5.

MOT never checked though!

the only way now to get a smoke only test is to have a Q plate.
