Red Top Engine

I know I've seen it somewhere but I can't find now which vauxhalls have the XE engine. G greg SRI a possibility? There's one local going for £350 with MOT and Tax.

This SRI will only be an 8 valve, the XE (red Top) engines were fitted to Astra GTE 16V, Cavalier GSI 16V and the early SRI 16V (L-M-Reg) and also Calibra 16V up to abount 1995 when the ecotec (Black top) engine cam around with about 20 BHP less
