Finaly and after nearly 4 years of me building ( it was bought by the original owner in 1997) it has finaly moved properly under its own power ( apologies for the spelli8ng but i have had a few beers down the pub in selabration and am a little bit intoxicated).

I was so scared that i tried it out while up on axle stands then dropped it to the ground and tried again, reverse first as the only thing behind was the road then forwards, clutch very sharp and right at the bottom, accelarator like a switch, on, off, thats bike carbs for you, but it moved.

WOW

I have nearly given up so many times but thanks to the support of this club and especially from Glynn and Gavin and Kevin from the Essex group and the offer of help from Sparkt, I have got this far.

I now seem to have so much to do but with a week off (once i have put a water pump on the Galaxy) i will get the main mechanicles in good shape.
