Zetec Not Running

Got a zetec 2.0lt black top, with jenvey's, and emerald ECU.

 

Have loaded base map from emerald CD which i've been told should work, but it dont.

 

The engine back fires and splutters with no throttle responce, does not tick-over just stalls.

 

Anyone got a Map or config Files,

 

Please anyone HELP!!!!

Have you set a tps min and max setting.

 

is their an air leak from exhaust or inlet try spraying some damp start / or links deodorant to check for intake leak.

 

my ford bolts bottomed out as gbs manifold was thiner than ford.

Strangely enough I have exactly the same setup - just had mine mapped to 175bhp at Emerald. I need to load the new software from the K3 ECU upgrade Dave Walker did for me and I'll extract the new map. Please PM me with your email address and I'll send it to you.

Also plug in your laptop and go to the live screen with ignition on, make sure all is well.
