Friction Hinges

Can anyone recommend where to buy friction hinges for wind deflectors?

 

There has to be somewhere cheaper than Europa Spares at £15.34 each! :boohoo:

Especially considering I need about 6 of them

They do all the Kit shows and offer RHOCAR members 10% off, mention me as well

i bought 12 of them a few weeks back (3 set's for different members)

Im sure they do mail order but have yet to get a web site.

 

I paid £5 each and you will only need two per side.

On a related note - anyone recommend a good supplier for side screen hinges? The sort I have in mind are not the lift off type though - something with a removable pin or similar so it can't lift off by accident. Must be stainless too.

The ones i got from S&J are held by a small grub screew onto the windscreen support. the Perspex his held by stainless dome heads

 

The hinges are chrome on brass and will not rust. They also supply all brightwork for cobra type cars, so are very picky on there suppliers.
