Click on 'my controls' at the top of the page and select 'edit signature'. You can then add links to photos as if you were adding them to a post

Was trying that but it comes back with an error, does it have to be one of those photo sites?

Ideally, yes, all of mine I've posted (except for those within threads as these seem to be able to be taken direct from your photos folder) are via Photobucket. You can resize your pics so that they don't take up half a page, like mine did until I found the resize button
