2b Front Wishone Ball Joint..whats It From?

I have a Robin Hood 2B (based on an 87 Sierra)and it just failed its MOT. The problem being too much play in the top front wishbone ball joint that scews into the top wishbone - but what is the ball joint from?? or is it a robin hood manufactured item?

Any guidance much appreciated.
