Type 9 To 2.9 V6 Cologne

I'm in need of a 2.8 Cologne v6 flywheel for my 2.9 Cologne v6 to mate to a type 9 gearbox. Does anyone know where I can find one?

Are you by any chance fitting the Cosworth V6?...

 

I'm about to do this conversion on a 2nd 2B i've just picked up..... anyway.....

 

Give the guy at Capri Spares a call (0191 3771718). They're based at Coxhoe in County Durham..... i rang him for a Capri 2.8i flywheel.... he doesn't have them but gave me the number of a guy who breaks Capri's..... he had 3 available when i called him (which was only about 6 weeks ago). Sorry, i wrote his number down, but like everything else, it's been misplaced :-D

Actually it's from an xr4x4.

I found a flywheel on ebay in the end(which seems to be where most of my parts are coming from)

Thanks for the information though and I'm sure that I'll need to get more capri stuff in the future.

You will need the V6 type 9 variant with the longer input shaft and a V6 bellhousing
