Fitting Seats

This is how the 'build a sportscar for £250' does it. just a plywood back with sponge up over the tunnel and 2 plywood seat bases. Have no idea what would be required for iva and whether they'd pass.

 

as said you would need head restraints/ high backs.

I've no IVA problems cause the car have already documents. My problem is legs and head rooms. With the weather gear it's really difficult for me seat in the car als with removable steering. With baby cub seats is also impossible fit a tonneau cover. I think a bench seat could be a good idea but I'm unsure about strenghtness of playwood for this purpose

The strength is immaterial if you are strapped in by seat belts

I know a man who just has foam square for seat and back because he is so tall

You could use the racers seat, a bin bag filled with expanding foam while you sit in it
