Looks great. Perhaps when you get some time you could post a step by step, and what the major headaches were. I'm dreading this part!

Hi folks.

Just done my rear panel over the last two week-ends. Like most I was dreading this particular job. Two tips: 1. try and hijack a friend to help, I don't think I could have done it on my own. 2. Take your time, it really pays off. So all in all it wasn't as scary as I thought it was going to be.

Hi Luca,

Try THIS SET of pics mate.

They are from my build album showing how i fitted the rear panel to the car.

If your after guidance on actually making and forming the rear panel, try THESE pics instead.

All have comments under each photo describing what, how or why i'm doing something.

For the record, i did it entirely on my own, just make use of clamps and skin pins as a 3rd hand. :good:

HTH,

Nick.

Hi Luca,

Definately get a second pair of hands, I know I could not have done it without!! The Wife helped me, and was great!!!!

Take your time, look at others build photo's, speak to people and if in doubt GBS!!!!!

Cheers

Well John and Nick,

You motivated me to get back into the garage and attempt the back panel unfortunately only had time to mark, drill and file edges on top strip before she who must be obeyed wanted a stay gate fitted, then dinner. Well it will have to wait until next weekend.

Regards

Mark
