Just incase you all thought I had forgoten you all,I haven't.

 

 

I have heard nothing from Den Tanner about the show this weekend.

 

I have just got off the phone to his assistant, and here is all I know.

 

Camping is free.

 

£10.00 / head to get in, same on both days, even I havn't got a pass this year

 

Carole and I will be there from mid-afternoon on Friday, providing Caroles mum dosen't take a big turn for the worst

 

BBq will be there for tea on Saturday and Breakfast on both mornings.

 

We will supply some stuff but please bring some more to top it up.

 

Tea and coffee will be available on both days.

 

I will, as always, turn the "show phone" on during the evening of Friday and it will be on all weekend

Weather at the moment looks ok Friday, iffy Saturday and PDG on Sunday.

Flippin eck Ian, seems a wee bit steep. Is Den trying to kill off Stafford even before it has taken shape after only 3 years running.

 

I'll be there, but not sure about forking out a tenner to see a watered down version of Newark. If the stands from last year are anything to go by, then the attendance will be very low.

Cheaper to mail order from the companies, I did have a shopping list but will pay the postage now as its cheaper.

 

So a beer and social show for me.

 

Fully agree Rob, i too 'HAD' a shopping list... never mind eh, postage it is.

I'd of begrudgingly paid a tenner if it let you in for both days... But £20 is open wallet surgery!!

I suspect by later afternoon Sat they will be begging to let people in for free.

 

Like has already been mentioned,, I too had a shopping list, but will mail order and spend the entry fee on debts (Stitch) and any left over to go towards a beer fund.

Hi Adrian,

 

You will get a stamp on your hand/arm etc, which allows you to come and go

as you please, don’t wash it off and you'll be able to get in next year to!

Detling....... park for free pay at hall door.

 

Stoneleigh.... pay at entrance(tin top camping 40 quid +) in and out of halls all weekend come and go as you please.

 

Newark........free for driver pay for passengers come and go as you please all weekend (leave the site and you will pay again).

 

Stafford......free parking / camping pay at door for halls. and yesterday Tom told me PAY ON BOTH DAYS

 

which is what I posted, I don,t make these things up for the good of my health.

 

The web link flyer that Rob posted says the same.

 

All I can say is that Den and Tom seem to make it up as they go along.
