North West Run Out

right, whos up for a run out on thursday, meet at the Harvester pub at the reebok football ground (Bolton)

 

 

 

Harvester at HorwichPark,

MiddlebrookLeisure & RetailPark,

Bolton,

Lancashire.

BL6 6LB

 

Directions : Exit at Junction 6 of the M61 (Signposted Horwich and the brown signs for Middlebrook & Reebok Stadium) and at the roundabout, take the Horwich, Middlebrook & Reebok exit (A6027). After about half a mile you will come to a roundabout infront of the Reebok Stadium. Take the left turn at the roundabout and you immediatley pass a Holiday Inn Express on the left and nextdoor is the Harvester pub. Take the left turn beside the Harvestor into the pub car park.

 

 

after that depending on weather, which direction we head, but Port sunlight and Formby have been suggested,

 

 

if your interested in coming please let me know so i know who were meeting, were will be leaving above at 10,30am , and please have full tanks and probably packed lunch,

Just finished cleaning all the evidence of yesterdays run out to Kirkby Lonsdale off the car, great to blow the cobwebs away when there's still snow on the ground in some of the spots we visited.

Thanks to Mitch for leading the first leg and Simon for taking over on the return journey - never got lost once, we just ran out road

mmmm, ran out of road indeed, but that hairpin ws worth it , not got round to cleaning the *bleep*e off yet, maybe a new year task,

 

great run out,5 cars in the midst of winters good going, maybe next time well get to formby lol, but we had to give Lee a start back, and for once i didnt run out of petrol, the rolling road trip must have been a success,
