thanks chris i ended up buying that one you pointed out got the whole lot for £250 i thought this was a good price for the LSD shafts hubs brakes etc

 

what do u guys think ?

Seems pretty good, if you keep an eye on Ebay just the diffs usually go for around £150, add in calipers, drive shafts, trailing arms etc and you're fitting the whole lot in one go, I had various problems trying to upgrade to LSD but I think it's sorted now.
