Gearbox Mounting For Zero With Mt75

I was just looking at my gearbox mounting & I'm not sure it is correct for the mt75?

The mt75 looks like it has two mounting points, but the rubber mount I have, just has a single hole in the middle, do I have the wrong part?

there is only one mount on the 75.

 

unfortunately some gearboxes have had it removed (two bolts) or broken.

Well my gearbox looks like that & the base of my mounting also looks similar, is there anything between the two? Or is the gearbox bolted directly to the mounting?

Ok, I have found the problem, seems there is a bracket that is held onto the gearbox with two bolts, then this bracket bolts to the rubber mounting with a single bolt. I just need to find one.

I have a MT75 fitted to my Zero. I have noticed what appeared to be sloppy gear change. After more investigation i noticed that the gear stick plate is flexing.

 

Has anyone else experienced this? I was thinking of making a braket to secure it some how?

for me there is no option, ditch the saloon car, rubber mounted, anti feel ford system and fit a quick shift
