Oh yes, I see. You should refer them back to the specifications that they originally asked for and then said this would be written in for a version upgrade.

 

Same as Microsoft have done forcing XP users to "upgrade" to windows 8 (Yuck - no way )

 

Pity you aren't as big as Microsoft though - THEY can get away with it
