Use the plug hole that way you can test the plugs at the same time I still think it is more likely to be u/s plugs than anything else.

The bubbles in the fuel lines are a normal feature of the Renault systems and can be misleading. If it was a priming issue it would start as soon as you have primed the system. Have you tried this? ie prime the system and try to start, if it starts then you have a leak off problem, this could be to a faulty injector, (leak off can be a problem), or an air leak in the filter head or pipes. If this is the case has the filter been changed recently. It is easy to put the seal in wrong way around, this was a common problem, but as you describe in your first post it runs rough until run for a while I still think it is sticking rings. You could put the flush down the heater plug holes it is not a problem as it is a direct injection engine there are no preheat chambers in the head. If you have access to a Diesel engine compression tester this would confirm sticking rings. If you are taking the heater plugs out you can test with an ohm meter, the resistance should be 5-6 ohms when cold. If they are faulty they could read open circuit or several k ohms, they should be grey on the tips, if black then they are not working. If you are going to put them across a battery then be careful not to leave them too long as they only work momentarily under normal conditions and burn out very easily.
