Shocks And Springs For 2B

Hi Guys

 

i Have decided to bite the bullet and upgrade the shocks from the original zimmermans to Procomps.

 

However, my main question concerns the spring poundage I should be running. i know Procomp are good and should be able to give me the right springs, but I would like to have a ball park as to what these figures should be around.

 

Car: RH2B, pinto 2L type9 gearbox, wishbone front suspension

driver - around 19.5 stones (honest!)

Car will usually be driven one up, but the odd occasion it would be 2 up.

 

 

Please give me some pointers and impart your knowledge onto me
