If you want one that is "all there" but still a project, I would look at completed registered cars that are a bit tatty. You are very unlikely to find an I fished kit that genuinely has everything needed to finish, even if the seller is adamant you do n

Its for a m8 hes not to botherd about unfinished bulid but would prefer it all there would even consider no docs or id

As theduck says go for a complete car that is registered buying a "complete" unregistered one is not a good idea. If it is complete with all parts to finish then why hasn't it been finished? Suspect build to date so poor even the owner/builder realize it will never pass IVA without lots of stripping/rebuilding and more money put into it.

Mine was finished to a point and SVA'd but laid unused for 8 years, just needed recommisioning and a good inspection before service and MOT. A cost effective way of owning a 2B if you can stumble across one.
