Changing Clocks Gauges Help Wanted

Hi all anyone know what i will need to change my sierra clocks for a full set of individual clocks been looking at some cbs have for sale £199 anybody used them fitted them

 

will they need a lot of wiring in etc dont want to do something and mess it up

any help appreciated

I have fitted cbs gauges fairly straight forward comes with good instructions

Hi tractor do you need anything else or do they come with everything to do job is it better to have a mechanical speedo or electronic

They come with everything you need as for speedo think they only do electronic

I used ETB gauges. They used to do a set including all senders. Had a look on their website but they don't appear to offer it any longer. Good quality gauges and good fitting instruction.

You will need 2 multi plugs some wire and tremanales a crimp tool heat shrink and a wiring diagram off old clocks also a set of warning lights.

 

nice project for winter.

thanks guys yes its a winter project was going to do it last winter but new baby stopped my playing in the garage just need to get the balls to start it this winter so any help appriciated

when i was wiring mine some body posted up the wiring loom colours and function which really helped

Hi Mark, wiring up a set of gauges is relatively straight forward. You can have a look at mine later on this month at Tatton and I'll talk you through what I did.
