The Duratec was a Mazda engine used by Ford when they owned Mazda for a short time so Ford inline gearbox won't fit without bellhousing

Retro ford and similar companies do a bell housing to fit Type 9 to it

The Fiesta ST had a 147bhp version with solid flywheel and is a good start

Mountune do a number of upgrades to get near 190bhp but in essence a good exhaust manifold and exhaust whilst binning the inlet manifold for throttle bodies wil get about that.

A pair of cams which allegedly can be fitted without pulling the head off will get 220 to 240.

Rods are week so any more requires rods and pistons oh and the sump is not cheap for a short type

I'll be looking at this once I have both Pinto 2.1's running with dyno printouts and the standard 205 ready for sale
