Bit later than planned Graham --- the bore in the block is 9.5 mm --- does Nissan match old Ford?

Sounds to me I'd 8mm bundy tubing.

Don't know how you would get a double flare though without a pro tool with the right size formers.

Double flare is easy Ken; it's called a wrap of copper silver soldered in place.
