Gauge Readings

Hi all, gauges used to work fine, removed the dash to re trim it and now the oil pressure gauge reads really high, have I got a dodgy connection somewhere, also boost gauge reads vacuum but not boost, when it's boosting will not go past 0, it's not an electrical boost gauge only pressure

The dash is metal but the earth's are too chassis, I think that the wires are not contacting very good in the terminals. They were soldered before so I will re solder them

Have you tested boost gauge on the road or stationery?

You won't see much, if any boost that way. Need to get he engine under load.

Awesome makes sense now you have said it. I think the inaccurate oil pressure reading is a dodgy connection
