Rear hub bearing size

I have purchased Sierra cosworth rear hubs which will take callipers. dose any know if the bearing size are same or different from my drum set up to cosworth hubs? what I need to know is will my drive shafts fit or do I need cosworth drive shafts. many thanks Tony
