That could be a good thing...... i belive the the picture is of RHE first demo car and the last time it came up for sale there was alot of talk about the poor condition it was in.

 

It sounds like its just the basic kit he's selling, but it's a big saving on New prices

Don't know how old the kit is, but if its anything like mine, 1999 2b nothing will fit. Without some serious adjustment.
