Webber 45s

Hi all

I am liking for a pair of 45s for my Ford 2.0 DOHC. These seem reasonable but they are not genuine Webbers.

 

has anyone used them or have anything other advice on sourcing a pair

I had twin Webber 45s on my 2L pinto. They were quite old and very difficult to get and keep balanced. I swopped them for a set of Yamaha R1 carbs and have never regretted doing so. Obviously you should not have problems with new carbs though.

I have a pair of Weber 45s that I bought to replace the 40s on my 2B but I ended up selling the car before I got them fitted.

I was planning on putting them up for sale but I just haven't got round to it yet.  If you are interested let me know and I'll check so I can tell you exactly what I've got as there are some other bits and bobs that I bought to go with them.

I can also tell you that I won't be asking as much for them as that advert on your post.
