I've just taken delivery of an fr33 Kent-cams kit to replace a Piper 285 cam which self-destructed after about 25 miles of use. I didn't expect it to last very long because one of the cam lobes was showing very distinct scoring and all the rockers were definately past their best :boohoo: but I was expecting something more like 1k - 2k miles ...

Anyway, I bought an fr33 kit which according to Burton's website contains the camshaft (obviously), springs, seals, timing disk, followers & spray bar. No mention was made of any other included goodies however when I lifted the polystyerene tray out I also found a high quality head gasket, rocker cover gasket and camshaft oil seal!!!

I'm maybe stating the obvious here, but if anyone else buys a Kent cam kit don't forget to look in the box properly - you may get a pleasant surprise B)

Cheers,

John.
