Wanted - Scissor Jack

Having visited 5 accessory shops yesterday afternoon I failed to find a scissor jack that starts low enough (3 1/4"- 82mm) to get under the 2B.

 

If anyone who is coming to Stoneleigh has a suitable spare which they are willing to sell, please let me know on this thread and I will bring beer tokens to exchange.

I am pretty sure I have a spare MINI type scissor jack.

I'll check & get back to you...if I find it, theres no charge!

May well swap it for a burger at Stoneleigh tho...!

me want one too! You say Mini scissor ones will fit under the 2B.....? time to visit Looms scrappy I think!

Thats the place they have them by the hundred at about £2. Why go for new Mick?

The Metro one is simliar, they just need abit of typical Hoody fettling

to fit under a round tube.

I think mine is Nissan sits about 2" when down and I don’t bother with a handle I just use a screwdriver. It’s a bit fiddly but saves having to carry a handle

I have a metro one and it works fine and i havnt changed anything on it, should i have?

 

I'll get round to having a spare wheel one day
