Personaly I wouldn't. I referred to that on an old post. As the engine is made to be mounted at 7 degrees in the donor there are two choices for mounting in a kit or escort etc. Mount at 7degrees with same sump and use bellhousing to keep gearbox upright or mount upright and change sump. Yer pays yer money either way. They do an upright bellhousing at £140.

Yes, but mount at 7º and the engine becomes taller, that's why the upright one was made, for us with the little cars.
