Zetec Bits, Tb's, Exhaust, Manifold

Right time for a clearout,

 

Firstly throttle bodies for a zetec, i made these myself, they are from a yamaha r6 with 38mm bores, they have been spaced to 92mm port spacing and with the exhaust my 2lt produced 170bhp, the injectors flow 236cc/min which should be enough for around 200bhp, i don't want to overcharge, but alot of time and effort went into these so i am asking £120. hope that sounds fair.

 

Secondly a 4 into 1 stainless manifold developed with the throttle bodies to produce optimum pressure wave charging and scavenging at 5500rpm. They have 1m primaries which are 1.5" all coupled into a 2" pipe. £95.

 

Finally a zetec DCOE or throttle body manifold, this is new and has never been fitted. I should point out this is not required to fit my tb's as they bolt direct to the head. i paid £100 but will take £80 as i will never use it.

Forgot to say the throttle bodies will include fibreglass inlet trumpets and a throttle cable to suit.

Sorry Russ, as discussed in our pm's the exhaust manifold isn't going to fit in a monocoque. So,

 

Due to time waster (me :boohoo: ), exhaust is back on sale by Russler. I'm not going to have it.
