I found a broken connection on the back of the escort dash. Connected the two via some solder and bingo. Got a reading. However using a live tester the live is quite weak. Could this be break some where or is that normal

Hi I have a super spec and the fuel guage Isn't reading anything. There is no power to the tank for the fuel level float and was wondering if anyone has the wiring diagram for this section and any ideas where it comes from as it is a sea of wires behind the dash. Cheers

Hi all. How easy would it be to change the indicator and windscreen switches to a ford focus column switches. Would I have to change steering column as well or could it be made to fit without changing

If it is the pin and o ring where can you get them and how easy is it to fix

After having a good look at the quick shift on kitspares I think I can safely say it is an mt75 but someone has made their own version of the quick shift. Does the quick shift attach with bolts to the rod from the box though

If it is an mt75 why would it have a type 9 speedo cable attached to it

Well the speedo cable is from a type 9 but now I'm not so sure what the box is as the gear linkage is remote and you can see where the linkage connects to the rod that cones out of the box. I will try and get a PIC asap but for reference how fdoes the mt75 linkage connect

Does anyone know how the gear linkage connects to the gearbox on the superspecs as half a mile away from home the gearstick became disconnected from the gearbox and is now stuck in fourth gear. Thank you
