  1. Couple of other quick questions relating to the ITB set up. I have a filter king pressure reg, but I can't for the life of me see how you'd adjust it, or is that because you can't? Does the rail need to run at a set pressure or is the idea of the reg just to back up the fuel and create a pressure? Second question, the small vacuum hoses that are part of the ITB set up, where should they be plumbed? Thanks in advance!
  2. Thanks for your advise, I had my plans with the filters etc, that diagram was one I lifted from somewhere. So I'm clear, you advise that I put a T piece inline with the feed to the rail, send that off to the reg through that and then off to the return? Sorry if that's a stupid question. Thanks again.
  3. My ITB set up came today, I expected a feed and a return on the injection rail I expected to fit the fuel pressure reg just after the return, I have the swirl pot etc all ready for the set up. The build has come though and there's no return, please advise as it's blown everything I planned out the water.
  4. What is it? Can't seem to find a socket that's a snug fit and I really don't wanna be stuck with the 2.0 fly.
  5. Just got home and looked at the pedal box again, I've worked out how I'll fit the clutch cable, I'll post pics up in a few days.
  6. Just looked at the eBay cable, the rose joint type end on that cable, how have you fitted it to the pedal?
  7. Thanks guys, I'd bought some cable ends today before I'd seen this I plan to drill a small hole in the throttle pedal and feed the cable through and tie it off with a couple of the ends. Think I'll have to invest in a new clutch cable and I'll be off and away. I want it all in place while the engine isn't inside to allow me full access.
  8. Thanks for that, my biggest concern is if there will be enough spring in the throttle linkage to return the pedal, I can't see any way of attaching a spring to the pedal to help.
  9. Next set of fun and games on the conversion, the pedal box. Floor mounted yet no pre drilled mounting points! No fixings or fixing points to mount the cables for the throttle and the clutch to there pedals, It's an OBP box, anyone got one fitted? Any tips for fixing the cables short of a nice little bow!!
  10. Yup original pinto and blank zetec, so it will go in there then? Cheers.
  11. Hi will this fit in the blank on the following photo? I know I could just try but I don't want to go undoing stuff unless I'm sure.
  12. That's what came up on the car check app.
  13. As above, picture to follow, it's set up for a 2.1 pinto, I know no more than that. £75+£10 to post. Rich
  14. I have the flange separately, I'll need to trim the manifold down to fit, owlman is kindly going to weld it up for me.
  15. Good stuff! One on eBay on the manifold going for £75 with two days to go!
  16. Thanks in advance, I'll be selling this but have no idea what one it is. Sorry for the crappy pictures.
  17. Would it be a good idea to bolt the TB's on now or wait until the lump is in place?
  18. It's here! Inlet and outlet off! If only the rest of it would be as easy as that!
