My wiring works OK if wired up as in the RH wiring diagram. Although this is not always 100% clear in some places. I have used 2 large lucar connector blocks instead of the RH screw connectors. This is more reliable and allows easier removal of the dash. (lost count how many times I have done this so far). I also needed a good earth return to get reliable operation of the warning lights. Rusty I think that your system appears to be plumbed 'back to front' I think that you have it the same as on the videos but I don't think it works. I think that the system now being recommended is that the top hose should be connected to the bottom of the rad and the bottom hose to the bottom of the rad. The man to talk to is The Friar but he is very unwell. In the past he has emailed me (and others) with some diagrams. This system seems to work on my car. I will send them if I can still find them after my recent computer problems. If no one can find these diagrams I am sure that I can produce some more. John
