I can't see that having an agent would effect the pick up aspect, because the agents would only be selling the car Mansfield would still be the collection point

 

I notice from the web site that they are asking for people to become agents and sell their kits for them

I thought you had to buy them 3 at a time... that's the way I read there ad & I presumed they'd want you to do a bulk pick up...

 

Maybe it is only customer services & spreading the word that they want done...
