kit cars and amiture built vehicles first used on or after the 1st of august 1998" s" reg are required to obtain sva approval and shuld be tested to the limits on the log book/registration v5 .vehicles used befor 1st of august 1998 and *bleep*el and rotery engines vehicles first used befor 1 august 1987are to be considered first used befor 1 august 1975.

ho ye and Q plate is what it is a Q plate and a visual test only that will be me then

mark B is totaly correct i have been testing for 10 years naw i have a pick of the page on me lapy but cant seem to put it on here for ya .
