Wheels And Tyres Again

Recommended Posts

looking at a few sets on ebay and came upon these,WHEELS however i have a fitting dilemmer, on the rear i need an ET of 38 to 24 or they stick out but if i put the ET2 pair on the front the front track will be wider than the rear and i would think cause some problems with the steering geometry.

Have i got it right or should i buy?

The bigger offset wont change the geometry.

But it will be the same as fitting about 36mm (38-2) wheel spacers spacers & may cause excessive bearing wear, and may make the springing feel softer (more leverage on the spring).

Also means the spare will only fit front or rear.
