hi

it would appear from richard at gbs that the latest sva pass for a lightweight was remarkably unstrengthended

and the only mods were for the seat belt mounts?

come on ben tell us?

regards graham

by the way i went over the top with the mods to make sure that the first one with mods would pass.

anyone that achieves sva after that with less mods . less weight . to me that is a bonus

i always said that one would have to pass so that others could follow.

well done ben.

Congrats Peter....looks great!!

And congrats Ben. Yes, I would really like to know the specs, and at what weight...would give me more incentive to more quickly get mine done!!! ;)

BTW, set a track record in the fiero at Mission Raceways in Mission, BC. Was fun to get to do the parade lap after the two races (w/ the checkered flag!!). :yahoo:

The fiero was meant to get me my racing license while i finished the RH l/w, but it is definitely taking a lot of my l/w garage time! ;)

Peter: I am still trying to inventory the parts for my kit. Your photo log goes through the assembly of the scuttle. Have you more photos of parts yet?

Feelin' mighty proud of myself for scoring a Ford C4 automatic today and finding the necessary bellhousing to mate the C4 to the 2.3L lima engine in the Xr4ti. While have the necessary la3 computer to run the 36 pound brown top injectors I am eyeing the computer put out by Bamafuel that allows the removal of the Vane Air Meter (VAM) before the turbo. Now that I have an engine and a general idea of horsepower and engine weight I can get back to building with an idea of the rear end strength needed.

Hi Doug,

Sorry, hadn't checked this part of the forum for a little while, so missed your message.

I've tended to select the best photos to stick on that website, although I've got lots more.

Haven't made so much progress recently due to girlfriend trouble and house move

but if there's anything in particular you want to see, I could check if I've got a photo or

take one.

Cheers,

Pete B)
