Spare Wheel Cover For Sva

Hi guy's, got my sva next week.....very nervous! lol

 

What do i have to do with the spare wheel?

 

Do i have to get a cover etc?

if it has sharp edges, then yes, (its classed as part of the vehicle not as a wheel), you can either, remove it, if its not there they cant test it, or cut a piece of hard board to cover thecentre, and attach with cable ties,

I think some people have had rejections due to the 'sharp' edges of the spare tyre tread.Can you check this with the inspectors before you go?If you hav'nt time to make a cover you might get away with gaffer tape or similar.

I have a suitably sized disc of ply and a nylon cover to go over the lot that you're welcome to borrow.
