Stainless Steel Brew Pot

I,m looking for some stainless steel pots of at least 10 gallons to convert into a micro brewery

or is there anyone on here who could make such a thing at a resonable price ?

Know any dairy farmers? a local brewery gets things like that from a rep that sells such things to the food trade. The rep sells nice shiny new stuff to the farmers and they sell their old kit to breweries with a small consideration for the rep in between. Could also be worth speaking to other breweries to see if they've got a smaller plant that they've upgraded/outgrown that they might be willing to part with.

 

Stuff for food preparation normally has nice rounded corners so that it's easy to clean out whereas stuff headed for more "industrial" uses often has sharper corners that could be difficult to get into.

What type of top/lid do you need? Bought a 10gall. stewpot for our Easter BBQ with lid for £10 at local bucket shop--would they do?

any sort of lid would do they just need to be sturdy enough to withstand sitting on a burner for 1.5 hrs ? you have to boil the brew for this amount of time.
