Pinto Oil Switch Thread

can anyone confirm what thread the pinto oil switch is ? i am guessing 1/4 npt cos it isnt bsp ?

 

need to make an adaptor to confirm my worst fears..

Hi

 

NPT and BSP are almost the up to 3/8", and even 1/2" will seal at low pressures, so I don't think it can be NPT.

As far as i remember when i fitted a LMA remote "T" for my oil temp & pressure gauges it was NPT

i think it is npt... been looking in the workshop and found a fitting thats the same....

just got to bodge a pipe and a gauge now

shame the engine isnt
