I'll vouch for the nervous passenger bit Jess.... it took us 10 mins to coax him into the passenger seat of the

Westie when Jim (Terry's Dad) took him out for a spin at Newark.

 

He came back grinning but pale!

Oh yes, thats what i sold to fund the Zero mate.

 

The lump is exactly the same size block Dan, it's done on the B & S to gain the CC's.

Cranks are cross bolted though in the later ones ( 4.2 &4.6) and run sequential injection

the 3.5 & 3.9 ones ran the squirt and prey efi system.

 

My mate who makes all the pretty shiny alloy stuff has a 5l V8 for sale Dan..... running at 410bhp on TB's

or 485bhp with the super charger (prob won't fit though with the charger )

Only negative is he wants many pennies for it.

 

 

Edit to P.S..... be very wary of a 4.6 block Dan, they are prone too over heating due to slipped liners.

They get re lined with a 'top-hat' type to cure the problem, but costs ££'s.
