1 one of the rear hubs from my donor (1989 2.0 sierra ghia with lobros) the wheel nut studs are threaded. Ive searched ebay and am not sure from the ones listed exactly which one I need. Is there a difference between push in and lobros on the actual wheel mounting hub???

aye, just knock the knackered one out the back of the hub, then knock the other one back in, i did mine in situ which in hindsight was a pain in the ass

You can use something like a balljoint breaker, not the fork style but the bolt/lever type to put pressure on the stud and then whack it to remove. The studs will also pull up with a good nut. Always fit the wheels, torque up, drive a few hundred yards gently to settle the studs and re-torque the nuts. Maybe repeat after a longer moderate pace drive just to be safe.
