You kind of need to consider lots of things really, how basic are the components not supplied by GBS, does anything need replacing,the engine when was it rebuilt. The gearbox and diff, new, recon'd or just dropped straight in, how tidy is the build?

 

Its going to be between 4 and 5 I would of thought

Basic zero on pinto with no frills if tidy might be £5000 tops imho, look what it can buy you there are plenty of good kits for sale around £5000 especially now the sun has gone in

One went on the bay about 4 weeks ago, 1600 pinto build looked ok from the picks, IVA all done etc.

 

 

 

 

It went for £3300 but that is ebay for you.

That seems low? Shafts one was up for £9K. Is it due to being a very basic original one with not much in the way of upgrades?

shafts one didnt sell either, and that had a decent spec..

You should be in a position to haggle the price down.

 

As stated, the suns gone in (after this week), the economy is bad and it's the wrong time of year to sell kit cars.
