What Have I Started?

Engine out, gearbox out, wiring loom soon to be cut out. going to rewire the car front to back as the wiring is worse than joke! Always fancied wiring a car from scratch.

new gearbox being picked up monday. and a trip to vehicle wiring products for the electrics.

Let the party begin.

i thought a car should be wired left to right so you don't have a complete failure of all front or rear lights?

dot wire it left to right will be come a euro zone car and worth 4 and 6pence

I've kind of acedently started the same thing by moving the loom under the dash. a couple of plugs fell off and I lost all power in the car.

 

looks like I've got a full original loom with hundreds of connections everywhere which all seem to have fallen off!
