Running / Cooling Temperature

Lads,

I have a manual regulator switch to control the cooling fan on my 2.0 Zetec. What should I be looking at as an 'on' temperature for the fan??

Ford recommend on at 100C, off at 93C.

Emearald ECU is set for, on at 98c of at 94c
