Newbie - Just Taken Delivery

Hi All,

 

I'm new to the site, I have just bought an unfinished 2B which was started 10 years ago, I have removed the body panels and was planning to rub them down paint them off the car and refit using stainless rivets as the original builder seemed to be a fan of the self tapping screw... does this seem a sensible course of action? Also planning to refurb the engine rub down and re paint the chassis (just to tart it up really) and then finish the old girl off.

 

P.S struggling to attach a pic... any help would be appreciated.

Last Wednesday of the month at 7:30 (time may be corrected by an other hoody) I'm from Newcastle and have a 2b and I should be down at Newark Saturday night and Sunday. Hopfully.
