Seatbelt Bolt Pics

Just took some pics of the seatbelt mount bolts as I understand the inspector needs to see them. Stupid question but do VOSA tell him they have seen the pics along with all the other build pics or do I need to take them along to the IVA?

Take them to the IVA to be safe. I had mine on a laptop and also on my phone, the inspector was happy seeing the pictures on the phone.

 

The initial photos you send to VOSA are only to confirm amateur build status - they're not concerned with the quality or suitability of the build at that stage.

Cheers for that...I'll take them with me. Did you show pics of all four or just one bolt head?

Overkill is the order of the day when dealing with the IVA.

If you think it might be a good idea about something, I.e loads of pics, then do it to play safe.

Yes mate, needed to free up some £££'s for a project at home. Got a tricked up Defender now as a toy. It's far more use in the rain!

 

It'll double up nicely as a table at the shows....
