1979 Opel Manta

I have been helping a frend get an 1979 opel manta auto running One owner from new his family Engine has been converted to unleaded has been welded underneath a bit very neat.

some slight rust on one wing which has a slight ding from a bumper bending from a clip.has 74-k on clock.

 

just passed MOT

God knows what its worth, I had the fast back cavalier an ascona and a manta GTE, at the time I loved them they were my 1st cars....

Not sure, but we (family) had an earlier model as a family car (4 siblings) in the late seventies. Totally impractical, but stunning looking car.

The magazine 'Practical Classics' has a section in on car prices. one month will have car manufacturers A to about P. Then the next months edition with list Q to Z. It will list three prices for that car depending on condition. The answer will be in there.
