I was going to use Sikaflex / Tiger seal or similar PU adhesive to avoid the screw issue. Think others have done it this way in the past.

I have fitted my half hood on my zero from softbits for sevens excellent quality and fit,only measurement they needed was from the top of the windscreen to the centre of the roll bar,took about 4weeks from order studs and tools to fit studs were included in price, highly recommended
