Track Day

Not having any joy in getting hold of an IVA tester to talk about the possibility of it passing a test, so was wondering about track days.

 

Does the car have to be registered for the road for track day?

Does anyone know what the closest track day to me would be? I'm in Bucks.

Depends on the track day organiser but must are fine as long as it meets noise levels requirements and looks like it would pass mot

The closest would be Bedford Autodrome it's in thurleigh mk44 2yp

 

As said you will have to check with the track day organiser but most do run track only cars as long as they are not open wheel

 

I'm just down the road from you in seer green so get it on the road ASAP

when I first started doing track days they used to screwtineer your vehicle then that all stopped cos that then made them liable if you had a mechanical failure so now its just a noise test and rest is up to you
